Mixed Game Player Of The Year Announced

The EPT & Pokerstars have  picked the internet’s best mixed game player of 2010. You may be wondering what gives the European Poker Tour and Stars the right to name the top mixed game player. This website is rightfully the authority on mixed poker variants so I will also name the best mixed game player:

Seriously though, Pokerstars is the capital of mixed game action based on traffic and game variety and the EPT is one of the biggest names in poker. The EPT had a tough time in deciding who to pick. It came down to eight finalists so they came up with an interesting way to determine who is the best. They had the eight players compete in an 8-Game Mix sitngo to see who would take home the title. The player line-up consisted of:

- Matthias “mattes123″ Kuerschner
- Joe Hachem
- Alex Kravchenko
- Katja Thater
- Scott “BigRiskky” Clement
- Mike “gordo16″ Gorodinsky
- Ilari “Fabahaba” Tahkokallio

Four out of these eight players are part of the fabled Team Pokerstars. The average online poker player will likely only recognize one of these players, Joe Hachem. Each of these players have extensive mixed game tournament histories and many wins under their belts.
