My first comment! Thanks Ed(mc?). I love 8-game mix simply because of the variety. With all the poker calculators and programs out there Texas Holdem has become extremely boring. There are a lot of donks at the Holdem tables but its pretty much an exact science these days. If your looking for extremely soft action you have to master some of the more uncommon games. Once you do that you can dominate mixed games like HORSE and 8-game poker.

Without a doubt mixed games will grow in popularity. In the past I have been one of the crazies who played six handed at six different games. 8 game came pretty naturally. For now I am taking a little more serious approach to my game. I chose to play no limit holdem, not because I am better at it but because It is easier to win when I am multitabling.

8 Game is a great addition to Pokerstars. Many people I started playing poker with have moved away from holdem due to the boredom and predictable bad beats. Playing 8 game might re-spark their waning interest in poker.

I highly recommend 8 Game to others. I'm in total agreement with the post above.
